All of our products sold should be received by you in brand new condition unless otherwise stated. Upon completing and paying for an order via our secure payment methods you should receive an emailed confirmation for any items you have purchased. Should we need to contact you about your order a follow up email will be sent to you on the email address you provide when completing the order.,
All items purchased over the value of £49.99 fall under our free delivery service (to Main Land UK only) . Any items under this amount will incur a standard delivery charge of £4.99. This is to mainland UK only. Our shipping is 3 - 5 standard working days unless otherwise stated. An option to collect from our showroom is also available at checkout.
Delivery costs to Ireland are £15.00 regardless of order value.
Full refunds are offered to customers that send us back any unwanted products within 14 days of purchase as long as they are un-used and in original packaging as sent out. Lights that are made to order may not be refundable but this will be stated when ordering.
Price Match Promise
We have a price match promise in place to ensure our customers are getting the best value possible but there are certain instances where you may find a product cheaper elsewhere. This may be for various reasons, they may be selling it to clear stock or may have purchased on a special deal. We will always try to give the best price possible but if the price match is less then the manufacturer supply price we unfortunately will not be able to match it.
